How do I book?
We will need to you complete our online booking form on our website. Once we have received your booking form a representative will either email or call you to arrange your booking.
What if you don’t have the date I want?
Dates tend to get booked up quite quickly, especially weekends and we recommend booking at least a month in advance. If we don’t have the date you would prefer, we will give you details of the nearest available dates and slots so you can decide which works best for you.
How long can you hold my booking for?
Once you make an enquiry for a date, we can hold the slot for 48 hours for you. After that period, we will need you to make a deposit payment to secure the date if you wish to go ahead.
How much do I have to pay to secure my booking?
We only require a 50% deposit to be made to secure your booking. The balance should be paid no later than 7 days before the event or party.
How do I make payment?
By Credit Card or Bank Transfer
How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Once your payment has been made, we will send you over a booking confirmation by email.
Do I get anything else with my booking?
Yes, we will send you our free party invitations
What will happen on the day of the party?
A party representative will call you either the day before or the morning of your party to confirm everything is on schedule. The bus and staff will then arrive at your chosen location approximately 30 minutes before your party start time to set everything up.
What do I need to do?
All we require from you is adequate parking on the day as well as access to a power point.
How much parking do you need?
Our bus is 7.5 metres in length and approximately 2.5 metres wide so we need a space big enough for 2 and a half car spaces for the bus to park comfortably.
What do you mean when you say that the bus needs a power point?
We mean that we just need a simple plug socket to plug in to so that we have power to run the equipment on board. We will provide everything, including extension leads that can reach up to 50 metres in length.
What if I want to book the bus at a location that doesn’t have a power supply?
We do have a generator on board that is available at an additional cost.
Why is there an additional cost for this?
We need to charge extra for the power generator as it runs on fuel and can be quite costly to run.
Who’s responsibility is the parking?
The responsibility would be of the person that made the booking.
What if parking needs to be paid for or a ticket is given?
We would not be able to proceed with a party if there is not parking made available to us as we can only carry out parties on a stationary basis. If parking needs to be paid for, then this needs to be carried out by the person responsible for making the booking with us. If adequate parking is not available and a ticket is written out to us, then the payment of the ticket would again be under the person who made the booking’s responsibility. Can we choose what games we want to play?
Yes, on board we have a large selection of games available. These can be chosen by talking to the gaming staff on board. You can see some of the games available on our ‘Games Available’ page.
Are your staff able to watch the children if the adults are not on-board?
Yes, our staff are fully CRB checked and trained.
What age restrictions apply to children playing the games?
We generally would not allow young children to play games outside of their age range that could be inappropriate. However, some games are permitted with parents’ guidance and permission.
Is the bus only for children?
Not at all. We also do parties for big kids (adults), corporate events, weddings, stags and hen’s.
What consoles do your bus have?
On our Gamezbus we have Playstation VR, Xbox One’s, PS4’s, Xbox 360, & PS 3 and WiiU.
How many can fit on the bus at one time?
Up to 20 kids & 16 adults can fit on the bus. Although, for a great gaming experience we do suggest having 16 players at one time.
